The Global Women's Project is looking for three high-energy self-starting volunteers to form our new People Pod. You'll join an organisation on the brink of growth, supporting thousands of women in the developing world to build better lives through education, independence and entrepreneurship. You'll work in a small team with full creative license to help our volunteer culture of collaboration, engagement, impact and fun blossom.

This role is perfect for anyone with aspirations to lead, manage, collaborate and foster company culture, and who is passionate about women's empowerment and social impact. Experience in HR/people and culture looked upon favourably and enthusiasm an absolute must. Melbourne based volunteer position.
